非常優雅的酒，茴香、佛手柑、啤梨、白花、榛子、番荔枝加上與類似木桶的輕淡雲呢拿，但此酒只在不鏽鋼桶與酒渣陳年。釀酒師亦希望大家留意火石和礦物味道。這是一支平衡、優美、絲滑的酒，其活躍的酸度代表具有陳年能力，活力就像酒標上的野馬一樣，這是一支適宜即時用的高級葡萄酒，但經歷年月後它會發展得更好。

Audacia is Galician means Audacity, it symbolized from the label that the lively character of the wine style.
Les 3 Amis is the project of 3 friends (amis in French), all specialise in and passionate about wine. Their passion for Galicia and their belief in the potential of the region, encouraged them to move to Galicia to live close to the terrior.

Tasting Notes:
Very elegant wine. Fennel, bergamot and pear, white flowers (acacia), hazelnuts, cherimoya or custard apple, hint of light vanilla similar to the echoes of the barrel, however it only aged on lees in stainless steel. The winemaker also noticed flints and minerals. A balance, graceful, silky texture, vivid acidity suggests it can age. It is graceful, lively, like the wild horse on the label, this wine gives the impression of movement. Audacia is a fine wine to be enjoyed now but it will develop greater complexity over the years.
