Founded in 1812 in the Scottish Highlands, Royal Brackla is one of the world’s oldest distilleries and in 1833 became the first Scotch whisky distillery to receive a Royal Warrant, earning the title “The King’s Own Whisky.” Renowned for its mastery of sherry cask finishing, the distillery produces whiskies that are elegant, vibrant, and layered with fruit, toffee, and chocolate notes.
Royal Brackla 18 is uniquely finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks, a rare style that represents only 1-2% of total sherry production. This imparts a refined citrus brightness alongside subtle hints of olive and tobacco. With natural color and no chill filtration, it delivers a luxurious, full-bodied whisky that is smooth and refined.
