Mommessin 酒莊創立於 1865 年，起源於布根地南部，之後在 Beaujolais 北部建立酒莊。 旗下 Domaine de La Presle 位於 Fleurie AOC（1936 年獲認證），是 Beaujolais 十個特級村之一，早在公元 987 年已開始種植葡萄。今日的 Fleurie 被譽為「Beaujolais 中最具女性氣質的村莊」，山頂的聖母像俯瞰整個葡萄園。

Mommessin was founded in 1865 in southern Burgundy, and later established its estate in northern Beaujolais. Its Domaine de La Presle lies in Fleurie AOC (recognized in 1936), one of the ten Cru Beaujolais, where vines have been cultivated since 987. Today, Fleurie is often described as the most feminine of the Beaujolais villages, with the Chapelle de la Madone and its statue overlooking the vineyards from the hilltop.
This area is renowned for its pink granite soils, which give the wine its deep carmine hue and floral aromas of iris, violet, and rose. The vineyards range from 210 to 510 meters in altitude, making Fleurie one of the highest Crus in Beaujolais. The vines average 50 years of age and are farmed sustainably, further highlighting the elegance and purity of Fleurie.

Vinificaton:
Manual harvest and whole-bunch fermented (12–15 days semi‑carbonic) to preserve Gamay’s freshness, then blended, malolactic fermentation and aged on fine lees.
Tasting Notes:
The nose is refined, fresh and mineral, with notes of peony and wild strawberries. On the palate, the wine is elegant, balanced and complex, refined and spicy with beautiful aromas of black fruits. The tannins are silky and the generous structure offers good length.
