Pascal Clément was born to a family of winemakers in Burgundy. He has over 20 years' experience working in the leading maisons and domains, including the highly regarded Domaine Coche-Dury in Meursault.
Pascal has started his own winery in 2012 with one philosophy: quality of the wines and respect for the terroir. He has worked with his winegrower friends, who have been established for many years and share the same philosophy: respect for the terroir. Most of them have turned to organic farming, some even to biodynamics.
Pascal's approach of wine making is very low-interventional. 80% of his production is white wine.
Puligny-Montrachet shares with Chassagne the most perfect expression of Chardonnay. Just a few meters from the Grands Crus, offering a white wine with a strong personality and a high reputation.

Tasting Notes:
A dress sewn with gold, brilliant and haloed with greenish reflections. Its bouquet combines hawthorn, ripe grape, almond paste, hazelnut, amber, lemongrass, green apple. It contains lactic aromas (butter, hot croissant) and minerals (flint), as well as honey.
