酒莊對於釀酒的決心,就如Central Otago地區的山羊一樣,面對崎嶇的地勢,以及嚴苛的氣候,仍然能站穩腳步,在困難中釀出優質葡萄酒。
自2005年,酒莊釀造出首支Pinot Noir開始,Nanny Goat葡萄園一直致力於釀造出優雅,集中而平衡的美酒,同時讓每一籃葡萄都得以訴說自己的故事。釀酒師Alan Peters Oswald是大洋洲地區十大傑出年輕釀酒師之一,亦是當中唯一一位來自紐西蘭。
每個年份總有一兩塊土地的葡萄特別標青。Super Nanny 就是精選這些來自Nanny Goat及合作果園中最好的葡萄來釀造。

100% 人手採摘,去梗後放入小型開放式發酵缸內,保留高比例的原串葡萄。 自然發酵,其中28-32日連皮發酵。然後轉移到 225 升法國橡木桶(25% 新桶)中進行蘋果酸乳酸發酵及陳年 13 個月。裝瓶前經過最少程度的澄清和過濾。

Nanny Goat Vineyard is named after the wild goats that roam the mountainous terrain of the Central Otago. It seemed to be a fair reflection of the determination to succeed, adapt and thrive in the rugged and often extreme climates of Central Otago – much like the nimble and sure footed wild goats of the region have done.
From the inception and the inaugural release of Pinot Noir in 2005, Nanny Goat Vineyard has strived to produce wines with elegance, concentration and balance while allowing each individual parcel of fruit to tell its own unique story. Winemaker Alan Peters Oswald – one of the top 10 young winemakers of the year from Australasia and the only winemaker from NZ.
Every season there are inevitably one or two parcels of fruit that stand head and shoulders above the rest in the vineyard. Super Nanny is comprised of the best parcels from Nanny Goat Vineyard and select partnering vineyards.

100% hand-picked and predominantly destemmed into small open fermenters with the retention of a high proportion of whole berries. Spontaneous natural fermentation and 28 – 32 days on skins, and transfer to 225L French Oak barrels (25% new) where it underwent Malolactic fermentation and maturation for 13 months. Bottled with minimal fining and filtration.

Luscious, ripe, fruit and enticing bouquet of dark cherry, baked raspberry, thyme, nutmeg and vanilla. Juicy and mouthwatering, ripe and polished tannins, showing a youthful charm.
