Jean-Marc Millot是布爾岡的葡萄酒生產商，位處 Nuits-Saint-Georges。最初的酒款很少，葡萄僅來自Cote de Nuits村莊，包括Vosne-Romanée、Vougeot，以及Comblanchien公社的葡萄園(Aux Faulques正是Comblanchien的單一葡萄園)。
在1997年，Millot新增了不少優質葡萄園，包括一級園Vosne-Romanee Les Suchots(premier cru)、Echezeaux、Grands Echezeaux及Clos de Vougeot 特級園(grand cru)，令酒莊聲望日隆。 不過整體而言，葡萄種植面積仍相對細小，葡萄園的工作由人手操作，並採用有機耕種。現時Jean-Marc Millot的女兒Alix已接管日常營運，但Jean-Marc總會在有需要時出手處理。

香氣非常低調，目前難以評估。但是，高密度的質感與宏大的風味，提供更好的深度和持久性。這是一款相對強大的夜丘村酒(CdNV)，亦相對緊緻。(品飲於2021年1月)
Jean-Marc Millot is a Burgundy wine producer located in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Millot's initial catalogue of wines was small, limited to a Cote de Nuits Villages from vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot and within the Comblanchien commune(Aux Fauques is the single vineyard in Comblanchien). In 1997, Millot added the Vosne-Romanee Les Suchots premier cru to his holdings, as well as the Echezeaux, Grands Echezeaux and Clos de Vougeot grand cru parcels. Today, these vineyards make Jean-Marc Millot's most highly regarded wines.
The total land that Jean-Marc Millot has under vine is still fairly small, and all the work in the vineyards is done by hand, following organic farming practices. Now Jean-Marc Millot's daughter Alix has essentially assumed control of the day-to-day operations though Jean-Marc always seems to be present to help within whatever chore need attending to.

Here too the nose is firmly reduced and tough to evaluate at present. Otherwise there is excellent density to the larger-scaled flavors that proffer better depth and persistence. This is a relatively powerful CdNV and a bit firmer as well. (Tasted Jan 2021)
