Due to the southern slope, the Wöllstein vineyard is extremely sheltered from the wind, the grapes always have the greatest ripening advantage here. The high gravel content of the clay warms the soil very easily and gives off the stored heat to the vines for a long time, even at night.

These Silvaner grapes were first carefully crushed and, after a few hours of maceration, gently pressed and fermented.

Tasting Note:
