2021 年的 Serres Velles Garnatxa 一方面帶有泥土和質樸的氣質，另一方面卻活潑又有點狂野。非常清新及芬芳，帶有花香。酒體中等，單寧細膩，有草本氣息，酒精度達13%。出產了9,072瓶。

Manual harvest on early October and careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Slow pressing and maturation in old French oak barrels for 6 months. No added sulfites.

The 2021 Serres Velles Garnatxa is a bit reductive and has an earthy and faintly rustic side, alive and a bit wild. This is quite fresh, perfumed and floral with 13% alcohol and some herbal notes, and it has a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins. 9.072 bottles produced.
