【💡Surprise from regional grapes: As Sortes】
The taste of classic white wine grapes🍇 like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc may very well be predicted by wine lovers. In contrast, indigenous grapes can surprise drinkers because it is not easy to guess what it tastes like. 🥂As Sortes was made from the nearly extinct Godello, which can only be found in Spain🇪🇦️. The fruitiness of ripe citrus and the aroma of lemongrass storm into the drinkers’ palate with the feeling of summer, especially matching well with shrimps🦐, just like a flawless performance of Flamenco Dance. Tasting wines is adventurous only if you leave your comfort zones, you can see the Northern Lights.
