There is nearly no doubt that Raul Bobet and his private project Castell d’Encus located in Spain is producing attractive wines from stone caves dated back to the 12th century, and Raul is an advocate of respecting the nature too. The Chief Editor of ‘Winenow’ monthly Lau Chi-Sun attended our wine dinner and after tasting Raul’s beautiful wines, a number of classic songs popped into Mr Lau’s mind and this was quite unprecedented for him.
Taleia 2013 gave him a serene and quiet mind, and ‘Sound of Silence’ was the song in his mind.
