2023 Black & White 翻轉慣性傳統的釀造方式，用40%的白葡萄木杉（台灣特有種），與60%的黑葡萄黑后釀造。
夜間採收後，分成兩批次。一是把木杉白直接榨汁無泡皮，另一是用黑后的汁浸泡木杉果皮的橘酒釀法，然後各自在舊橡木桶中培養，最後混合交融。可說是顛倒黑白的完融協調！限量746瓶。

Black & White 2023 reverses the traditional method of vinification. Using 40% Musann Blanc, 60% Black Queen. After manual harvest at night, the grapes are divided into two batches. First, Musann Blanc is pressed without maceration. Second, the winemaker adds the skin of Musann Blanc to the juice of Black Queen. After the aging in old oak barrels separately, the wines are blended together and integrated perfectly. 746 bottles crafted.

Tasting Notes:
The roles of black and white grapes are reversed. Musann Blanc brings an elegant sweet aroma, while Black Queen adds beautiful acidity. The wine is vibrant, delicate, aromatic and nicely balanced with minerality.
