Vinification:
Traditional vinification of a healthy grape harvest crushed and destemmed. Fermentation and maceration under controlled temperature. Maceration of about one week.
Tasting notes:
Deep ruby color, with raspberry fringe. Expressive nose of strawberry and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). Notes of pepper and violet when shaken. Round palate, where the strawberry juice is modulated with marshmallow.
