與布根地大部分酒莊一樣,Domaine Michel Noellat由家族擁有。自19世紀由Félix Noëllat創立酒莊以來,已有五代人相繼掌管這片佔地20公頃的葡萄園。自2012年開始,第六代 Sébastien Noëllat和他的表妹Sophie一起管理酒莊。

葡萄藤的平均樹齡在60至70年之間。釀酒時已去梗,由於他們不希望在葡萄酒上留下強烈的橡木印記,因此他們的酒三分一用新木桶,三分一用一年桶,三分一用兩年桶來陳年。

2021年的Chambolle-Musigny村酒具有誘人的紅色水果香氣,混合著低矮樹林和淡淡的煙草香。酒體中等,單寧略為粗獷,略帶葉香味。

Like the majority of wine properties in Burgundy, Domaine Noëllat is specifically family-owned. After Félix Noëllat, its creator in the 19th century, five generations have succeeded one another at the head of the twenty-hectare farm. Since 2012, the 6th generation of Sébastien Noëllat and his cousin Sophie has taken care of the Domaine. 

The average age of the vines is between 60 and 70 years old. Everything here is de-stemmed.  They do not wish to leave strong imprint of the oak on their wines, so they are mostly matured in one-third each of new, one-year-old and two-year-old oak from three cooperages.

East, south-east exposure – Between 250 and 300m above sea level. Limestone, lightened by gravel and numerous stones.

Vinification:
Manual harvest, 100% destemming. Cold pre-fermentation for 3 to 5 days. Then fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 18 to 20 days. Aging for 12 months in 30% new barrels.

The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Village offers attractive, brambly red fruit mixed with sous-bois and light tobacco scents on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly coarse tannins and is somewhat leafy. It just needs a little more flesh on the bones on the finish.
