Despagne是一家波爾多一家知名的葡萄酒生產商,亦是懷抱熱情的葡萄農。他們家族紮根於北面的Entre-Deux-Mers已有200多年歷史。
Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間,但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流,當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。由6個酒莊組成,佔地約300公頃。家族於1990年收購的Château Bel-Air Perponcher。自 2008 年以來,採用有機耕種。

Despagne is a well-known wine producer established in Bordeaux, the northern part of the Entre-Deux-Mers, for more than 200 years. They are the passionate winegrowers huddled between 2 rivers, Garonne and Dordogne. The name of Entre-Deux-Mers, comes from the influence of the ocean which materializes by a wave : " the Mascaret".
Today the winery is run by Basaline Despagne and her winemaker brother, Thibault. It consists of 6 estates, around 300 hectares. 
One of the estates is Chateau Bel-Air Perponcher which was acquired by the family in 1990. The vines have been cultivated organically since 2008.

A whirlwind of elderflower, almond blossom and grassy freshness beams onto the wet stone minerality and delightful seam of subtle oak. Packed with personality and charm.

Pairing:
Caesar Salad, fried mussels, fresh goat cheese, white asparagus... also impressive on its own.
