我們的「擁抱自然」中環店試飲活動剛於早前成功舉行，多款新酒與一眾酒友見面，Castell d'Encus Club.E Albarino果味濃郁、甜美非常，有朋友提議把它用來配襯火鍋！氣泡酒Taika有如香檳的香味和性格，後來它又演變成為充滿菠蘿味的果盆，令人讚 歎。
我們提供了煙燻芝士和煙三文魚用作佐酒小食，嘉賓發現有新鮮檸檬感覺的Castell d'Encus -SO2是芝士的好拍檔，而充滿波爾多風情、厚重的Quest則有平衡煙三文魚的重量。
另一方面，法國P-U-R酒莊的有機、無過濾葡萄酒如Pouilly Fuisse 及 Cotes du Rhone，它們的味道和口感，都讓參加者覺得前所未有。
We just held our 'Embrace the Nature' shop tasting with great success, a collection of new wines were offered for tasting. Castell d'Encus Club.E Albarino was fruity and sweet, some guests suggested that it would be good to pair with Cantonese hotpot! The Taika sparkling resembled a Champagne at the beginning and it evolved to a fruit assortment with dominant ripe pineapple, it was truly amazing.
We offered some snacks like smoked cheese and salmon to boost the joy, our guests found that the zesty lime Castell d'Encus -SO2 was a great companion to cheese, while Quest (Bordeaux blend) was able to balance out the heavy oiliness of smoked salmon.
On the other hand, organic and unfiltered wines from P-U-R in France, the Pouilly Fuisse and Cotes du Rhone amazed our guests with extraordinary palate and texture that are nowhere to find.
